Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. By using yas.sh, you agree to them. These are the rules that keep the platform fast, safe, and fair for everyone.

Fair Use

Free: 50 links, 1k clicks/mo. Paid plans as per pricing. No bursting beyond limits without upgrade.

Acceptable Use

No phishing, spam, malware, or deceptive links. We enforce via Safe Browsing + kill-switch (410).

Billing

Stripe handles payments. Card data never touches our servers. Prorated upgrades/downgrades.

Accounts

You are responsible for your API keys and links. Sharing keys is allowed but you are liable for usage under them. Revoke instantly via Dashboard → API Keys.

Abuse & Termination

We may suspend links or accounts that violate these terms, after attempting to contact you. You may terminate at any time via account deletion. Upon termination, your short links will return 410 Gone.

Warranty & Liability

The service is provided “as is” with 99.99% Uptime SLO (see Security). Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. EU consumers retain mandatory rights.

Changes

We will notify you 30 days before material changes via email and dashboard banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
