About YAS.SH pricing
The 100 utilities in the tool directory are free and require no account. Paid plans exist for the parts of the platform that carry ongoing cost: managed short links with analytics and retention, monitoring that runs checks on a schedule, and higher API rate limits.
This page states what each plan includes and what happens at the boundaries — what a limit does when you reach it, what happens to your data if you downgrade, and what is not included at any tier.
What is free, permanently
Every tool on the site, including the API for tools that expose one, within rate limits intended for interactive and light automated use. There is no trial period on the tools, no feature held back behind a signup, and no export restriction — the output is yours as soon as it is computed.
What the paid plans are for
Link management
Custom domains, expiry rules, click analytics and longer retention.
Monitoring
Scheduled checks with alerting, which consumes infrastructure continuously rather than per request.
Higher API limits
Throughput above the anonymous tier, with keys scoped per environment.
Frequently asked questions
Will the free tools ever go behind a paywall?
That is not the plan. The tools are funded by advertising on a subset of pages and by the paid products, which is why the tool pages themselves stay open and account-free.
What happens when I hit a rate limit?
Requests receive a 429 response with a header indicating when to retry. Nothing is charged automatically and no work is silently dropped.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Data is retained according to the retention policy for your plan and is exportable before it expires. Details are on this page and in the Terms.
Do you offer invoicing or annual billing?
Yes for annual plans and for enterprise arrangements. The enterprise page covers procurement, security review and contractual requirements.
