What this page actually checks
Wrong transaction type (Claim.Submission dropped into the RA slot). ZIP/PDF/Excel/UTF-16. Missing Header fields. DispositionFlag not TEST or PRODUCTION. SenderID whitespace. Sender = Receiver. RecordCount ≠ Claim count. DHPO date facet (dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm, not ISO). Empty required tags. Unescaped &. Activity without Type/Code. PaymentAmount + PatientShare ≠ Net.
- Official DateTimeForm dd/mm/yyyy HH:MM — ISO and seconds fail the facet.

Nothing is uploaded
The file never leaves this tab. There is no RA mailbox, no DHPO login, and no license-list lookup. We cannot see whether the pair is enrolled — only whether the XML will survive parse + XSD + the pairing rules published on eClaimLink.
We do not call Shafafiya, DHPO or DAMAN. We do not host your RA. We do not certify a clinician or CPT against today’s official list (those lists change; a cached copy would lie). We do not auto-apply a repaired file to any portal.
